Meet the Team
Dr. Jesse Curran, MD, MPH
Dr Curran is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician with an expertise in delivering comprehensive healthcare. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and went on to pursue a Master’s in Public Health from Touro University.
Driven by a passion for direct patient care, he earned his Doctorate in Medicine from the American University of the Caribbean (AUC), completing his residency at Shasta Health Community Center, where he honed his skills in family medicine and developed a deep commitment to providing accessible, patient-centered care.
Dr. Adam Flowers, MD, MPH
Dr. Flowers is a board certified family physician, with experience in acute care, academic family medicine, HIV/AIDS, hospice, and addiction medicine. His public health background provides him perspective and skills for designing health systems that support high quality care.
He returned to the United States from Namibia, where he and his family served for five years as missionaries and teachers. He feels that serving American older adults is his new mission field.

Jonathan Osborne, DO
Dr. Jon Osborne attended Texas A&M University for his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science and medical school at University of North Texas Health Science Center. He completed his residency with the McLennan County Medical Education and Research Foundation at Waco Family Health Center in Waco, Texas. He practiced family medicine and urgent care in Waco prior to founding Prestige Urgent Care, a concierge primary and urgent care chain of clinics in Redding, CA in 2014. Dr. Osborne serves as one of the founders of Juniper Healthcare and is passionate about developing better models for medical care in America.
